It's about that time again
Here we are -- it's almost 2007.
This time last year I was making a goal to lose 75 pounds. I didn't make that goal, HOWEVER, I didn't disappoint myself and that is what is most important.
You see, I DID lose 35 pounds. I went down 2 sizes. That's a huge accomplishment in my book. I've managed to keep that weight off, only fluctuating 3-5 pounds or so, but I imagine that is normal even when not "dieting".
So, once again, I am going to set some goals that I'd like to achieve in 2007 in terms of my weight, my body, and my health.
