Weigh-In .... Week 3
It's time for the official weigh-in.
As the scale showed - I lost 4 lbs.
Current Weight: 225
I met both mini goals of losing at least 3 lbs this week, AND by losing 10 lbs by Feb 1st.
So, with that said, I'm going to set another mini goal. I'd like to get my total loss to 15 lbs by the time Mike and I go out on our "date", February 11th. So, I've got to lose 5 more pounds in 15 days.

I also think you aren't setting goals that you can't reach and that is a really good thing ; ]
Thanks Amber! I'm trying to be realistic about it. I don't want to set goals that are so out of my reach, that I disappoint myself when I don't reach them.
YAY! Sarah...I found your site thought some of your other friends. I hope you don't mind me reading it. If so let me know. YAY! That's so awesome! I can't seem to lose any darn weight. Maybe I should try those patches?? Where did you get your WATP? Congrats on the weightloss that's AWESOME!!!

Wow that's great. Wonder if those patches actually help. Your going to pass my weight soon.
