Bummed
I weighed myself tonight when I got home from work.
I'm the same. I can't believe I haven't lost at least just one pound since I weighed in on Friday. I thought for sure I would have lost something by now, seeing as my next weigh-in is just a few days away.
Now I'm depressed.

I'm sorry yer bummed - I think I am going to stay away from the scale - BAD SCALES! Mac had a good idea about measuring ourselves instead of focusing on the pounds so much - maybe that will boost our morale a bit more! Dont give up!!1
Yeah really try to stay away from the scale, especially in the evening. I only weight in the morning, naked, after peeing and before my shower (so my wet hair doesn't add any extra weight LOL).
I'm so guilty of weighing in once a day in the morning though.
Its really easy to get hung up on a number. Try to focus on how your clothes are fitting because in the long run you may feel looser clothes but not see a lower number. Especially once you start to add in strength exercises.
Your idea of getting your calories up is good too. Especially once you start to exercise you'll need that extra fuel ; ]
